Assist-2-Sell is a "full service" real estate company. We offer our home selling customers a choice when it comes to selling their homes. Our 2 programs are detailed below. All are designed to save sellers money!
1. "MLS FOR LESS!"® PROGRAM
Don't let the name fool you. Assist-2-Sell is a full-service real estate company. We have over 600 offices in the U.S. and Canada, including over 100 offices throughout Florida. Our large presence in Florida is simple, we produce "Results with Savings!" Assist-2-Sell has saved home sellers over $800 million in commissions.* Why would anyone agree to pay 6% or 7% commission to list their home for sale in the MLS with a traditional realtor? Sounds crazy doesn’t it. Luckily, you have an option, and it’s Assist-2-Sell. And don’t worry, we won’t charge a 6% or 7% commission. The MLS is the most powerful tool in the real estate business! To receive the greatest exposure, especially to out-of-town buyers, you may want to consider your home being listed in the MLS. In this "full service" program, your maximum commission is just 4%. This will save you thousands compared to paying 6% or 7%. Under this program, we aggressively market and advertise your home, provide all the yard signs, directional and open house signs, cooperate with other agencies, schedule the viewings with your permission, show the home to perspective buyers, pre-qualify buyers, help you understand and negotiate the sales contract, arrange inspections and appraisal, handle all the paperwork, and coordinate and supervise the closing. Best of all – if one of our Assist-2-Sell agents finds the buyer, the total commission is ONLY $2,495, even though your property is listed in the MLS. The 4% MLS fee goes away because Assist-2-Sell found the buyer. There are no up-front fees or hidden fees. Your commission is $2,495 or 4%, never both combined. You owe a commission only when your home closes, period!
2. We'll List Your Home Or Lot In The MLS For ONLY $495!
Why would anyone agree to pay 6% or 7% commission to list their home for sale in the MLS with a traditional realtor? Sounds crazy doesn’t it. Luckily, you have an option, and it’s Assist-2-Sell. List your home in the local MLS, (Multiple Listing Service), and save thousands of dollars! Property owners can now reduce the fees paid when marketing their property through a real estate agent using our “Flat Fee MLS program”.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We'll list your home in the MLS for only $495!**
We will market your home on various websites, (Zillow.com, Homes.com, Trulia.com, Realtor.com, Yahoo Real Estate, Oodle.com, Tallahassee.com, Homes4tallahassee.com, etc.), at no extra cost.
-We provide the yard sign.
-We provide the lockbox.
-We provide the brochure box and unlimited brochures.
-We provide the contracts and disclosures you will need to sell your home.
-We will take digital photos allowed for MLS and various web sites.
-Provide open house signs, and more!
Your home will be on the MLS for as long as you like. You may cancel at anytime with no penalty!
You can set the price, whatever you feel it should be listed for. If you like, we will perform a Market Analysis to help you with pricing it correctly. It's free.
Realtors will contact you directly with your phone number as the contact number, and you only pay them if they sell your property at your terms! Due at closing.
You retain the right to pay NO COMMISSION, if you find the buyer for your home.
We recommend at least 2.5% of the selling price commission to the agent that produces the buyer.
IF YOU WANT HELP WITH CONTRACTS AND CLOSING ISSUES, IS IT AVAILABLE?
Answer: YES. At the time that you receive an offer, you may choose to upgrade to our full service option for an additional $495. We will prepare the contract and disclosures, handle contract negotiations, buyer mortgage qualification, repair coordination, walk through coordination, coordinating the closing, HUD1 settlement statement review, AND WILL BE WITH YOU AT CLOSING!
