Property owners can now reduce the fees paid when marketing their property through a real estate agent using our “Flat Fee MLS program”.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We'll list your home in the MLS for only $495!* The commission which is normally paid to "listing" broker is eliminated by payment of the flat fee. The savings can be substantial.
We will market your home on various websites, (Zillow.com, Homes.com, Trulia.com, Realtor.com, Google Base Beta, Yahoo Real Estate, Oodle.com, Tallahassee.com, Homesforsaletallahassee.net, Homes4tallahassee.com, etc.), at no extra cost.
-We provide the yard sign.
-We provide the lockbox.
-We provide the brochure box and unlimited brochures.
-We provide the contracts and disclosures you will need to sell your home.
-We will take digital photos allowed for MLS and various web sites.
-Provide open house signs, and more!
Your home will be on the MLS for as long as you like. You may cancel at anytime with no penalty!
You can set the price, whatever you feel it should be listed for. If you like, we will perform a Market Analysis to help you with pricing it correctly. It's free.
Realtors will contact you directly with your phone number as the contact number, and you only pay them if they sell your property at your terms! Due at closing.
You retain the right to pay NO COMMISSION, if you find the buyer for your home.
We recommend at least 2.5% of the selling price commission to the agent that produces the buyer.

Answer: YES. At the time that you receive an offer, you may choose to upgrade to our full service option for an additional $495. We will prepare the contract and disclosures, handle contract negotiations, buyer mortgage qualification, repair coordination, walk through coordination, coordinating the closing, HUD1 settlement statement review, AND WILL BE WITH YOU AT CLOSING!
